ScoutEDC was born from the love of knives. When I was a boy, probably nine or ten years old, my father bought and gave me my first pocket knife. It was a red Swiss Army Knife with the Boy Scout insignia on it. I still have it to this day. As a kid, knives weren’t all that interesting to me. However, as the years past, I found myself gravitating towards different types and styles of pocket knives. With time, I’ve accumulated a great many number of knives and to this day my collection continues to grow.
It is from this love of knives that I decided to start a business. I not only enjoy finding new and interesting knives — personally handling all of the merchandise — but, I want to find knives that I feel are some of the best around, and then share them with friends, family, and like-minded knife people just like you.
We are a family owned online retail business located in Orlando, Florida. We may be a small business, but we take ownership and pride in everything we do. I married the most wonderful woman in the world. We have three sons. As a family we promote honesty, integrity, and leadership. Our values as a family carry forward into our business.
